Fuck the pain away, my bed is in ruins, Need you in my veins, don't know how you do it. Come and leave your mark (come and leave your mark), Vandalize my heart! Oh, you're fucking crazy, Hate me, love you, breaking bottles on the pavement... Just to watch it crash. Said you'd keep me safe, now you're tearing me down, Am I laid to waste, now that you're not around?Come and leave your mark, Vandalize my heart.

King’s Memories

  • Episode 213
    • This episode contains very brief elements from Chapters 323 and 324, but is otherwise almost entirely anime-only material
  • In general, Episodes 212-219 were heavy in anime-only material, but all but 213 had enough manga material to not point out specifically

Ceremonial Battle

  • Episode 222
    • The episodes surrounding this one make changes where this episode can’t be outright skipped, but almost nothing in this episode appears to correspond to a chapter from the manga

Oh my- that’s a lot of filler episodes! Since I’ve only started reading the manga, I had no clue that the eps from 212 to 219 were so loosely adapted.

The whole arc is really loosely adapted, honestly.  It’s not quite as bad in the first half of the arc but there’s still huge chunks of anime-exclusive content throughout the entire King’s Memories arc.  I don’t understand why either, considering that the arc didn’t even start airing until after the manga had already completed.
